What Keeps Women from Thriving?

I find this to be a real issue, one that effects us much more than many recognize.

When women are not thriving; in relationships, confidence, body image.. everyone suffers, the masculine is equally effected as the feminine fails to thrive. I see 3 major factors that contribute to women being unable to thrive in the way they naturally should:

1)immature behavior between women

2)low standards in relationship expectations

3)insane pressure to maintain physical appearance

There are clearly much worse manifestations of women suffering all over the world beyond what I see first-hand (sex trafficking, amateur porn, genital mutilation, etc), I am only referring to the demographic that I interact with and have been a part of.

Yet if we look at the ways we actually contribute to keeping ourselves small, we can then change it, we can empower one another, and in turn have the power to help other women in much more dire situations than our own.
