If you're pursuing your true passion I put this out there to remind you (and myself)...
DON'T STOP when you feel resistance, fear, self-consciousness
Those feelings are like an indicator that you're doing the exact thing that you should be doing
So ironic... of course, like every other spiritual concept of life

In studying the success of 100+ entrepreneurs, it turns out that this Creation Frustration that I describe is totally normal
Everyone describes a feeling of great resistance and self-doubt when it comes to taking the beginning steps of creating their own work
Reminding myself of this concept in the midst of frustration is the only thing that's keeping me working right now
Life works in a way which is not as clear and simple as we'd like it to be, and I love that. It's so interesting...what feels comfortable in the short term can often be no good over time. What Ihave discovered from making some major changes in my life is that when we change our habits our cravings change. We then desire the things that are actually good for us. Life has become entirely different in a way I could have never imagined possible a couple years ago when I made the first painstaking decision to choose yoga over a new episode of The Real Housewives. With my body's response of wanting so badly to choose the comfy decision in the moment, it wasn't clear then that I was even capable of such a life change. It is possible, for everyone!
