I had this major shift in my life as I realized what I felt to be my biggest regret at one point to be actually be the very gift that sparked a piece of my true life's work: for people to create a life of purpose for themselves and to listen to their inner wisdom.
This is why I felt so compelled to share what I did in the video, when asked the question by a friend: “What do you do when you feel you've made a major life mistake?”
Perhaps instead of just getting what we think we want, we get what we actually need by way of challenging experiences
I feel that the experiences we may want to take back actually allow us to:
1)discover our passions
3)relate to others
I continue to be shocked by the above outcome of seeing this "regret" as my greatest lesson, as at one time I really did so surely feel I had simply messed up my life :0
